If your watch becomes defective, it will be repaired by Wenger
Watch S.A. or an approved Wenger Service Centre.
The following items and damage are not covered by the guarantee:
- leather strap, glass, battery
- damage due to misuse or use not in accordance with
the instructions
- wear and normal aging of the watch
- defects due to any work done to the watch by unauthorized
third parties or not approved by Wenger Watch S.A.
This international Guarantee will be accepted by approved Wenger
sales outlets on condition that it has been correctly completed
in every detail, that is:
- the name and address have been entered and a stamp and
signature have been added by a sales office approved by
Wenger
it bears the serial number of the Wenger Watch S.A. the date
of purchase
Please send your watch to one of the Wenger Service Centres
in suitable packing (without its box), by registered mail, together
with the original of the guarantee and a brief description of
the problem.
This International Guarantee does not affect the purchaser's
statutory rights in the country of purchase.
Wenger retailers and Service Centres will of course also be
pleased to assist you with repairs and service after the expiry
of the guarantee period, against an appropriate payment.
